House Rules

Please take a moment to read these rules — they help us keep the huts in great condition for everyone.

1. Maximum occupancy: 2 guests per hut. The person who made the booking is responsible for everyone in their party.

2. Check-in: from 4:00 pm.  Check-out: by 10:00 am.  Self check-in via key safe / smart lock — guests arriving after 22:00 (10:00 pm) must notify us in advance by email or text.

3. Quiet hours: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please be considerate of other guests and neighbours.

4. No smoking: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the huts. Please use the outdoor area and dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.

5. Dogs welcome: Maximum 1 dog per hut (unless agreed in advance). Dogs must not be left unattended in the hut, must be kept on a lead in communal areas, and any mess must be cleaned up immediately. Please keep dogs off beds and soft furnishings.

6. Gas boiler & heating: Adjust heating using the thermostat only. Do not touch or tamper with the propane gas bottles or pipework outside the hut. If you smell gas, leave the hut immediately, do not use any electrical switches, and call the emergency number on your contact card.

7. Kitchen: Please wash up before departure. The hut is self-catering — treat the kitchen as you would your own.

8. Rubbish & recycling: Please separate recycling from general waste and use the bins provided.

9. Parking: Park in the designated area only. Please drive slowly on site.

10. No parties or events: The huts are designed for a quiet countryside retreat. Parties, gatherings and events are not permitted, including hen parties, stag parties or similar group celebrations.

11. Damage: Please report any damage or breakages as soon as possible. Accidents happen — we appreciate honesty. Unreported damage may be charged to your damage deposit.

12. Safety equipment: Do not remove, disconnect, or cover smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, or fire safety equipment.

13. Before you leave: Wash up, bag rubbish, strip bed linen, leave towels in the bathroom, close windows, and lock the door.
